Two years ago, news broke that Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs got engaged (thanks to T-Pain, who accidentally let it slip in an interview). People confirmed the rumors shortly after. But in April 2016, their wedding was reportedly called off because the couple was "fighting all the time," according to the tabloid Life & Style. Despite the news of separation, the two were seen out together again this year, from dinner dates to red carpet appearances.
So is the wedding still on? In a new interview on The Howard Stern Show, Pattinson gave a vague answer. When Stern asked him, "You're engaged, right?" And the actor replied: "Yeah, kind of."
"Wait until she hears this," Stern joked.
Pattinson, 31, has kept fairly private about his relationship with FKA Twigs, 29, since they started dating in 2014. However, the actor actually wishes he could open up more about his love life, but is wary of the intense scrutiny from his fans.

"It's one of the most frustrating things in the world, because you want to be able to do that, and it's literally like, I get stuck in this position where you have to make the decision whether you want to let the kind of crazy people in," he explained. "For whatever reason with Twilight, I don't know whether it's a specific thing with the audience, but there's like a crack troop of crazies who think every single decision you're making is either creating some kind of conspiracy. And to protect it, I want to create a big boundary between it, but then that makes it difficult for your actual relationship."
Despite that struggle, Pattinson still praised his "amazing" musician girlfriend (or possible fiancée). "She's super talented and from a totally different world," he said.
